Peter Fleming:
Peter Ronald Kellino Fleming is a Chartered Fellow of both the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. He is author of numerous management books and has more than 30 years’ experience as an International Management Consultant and Trainer (through his consultancy, PFA International). With past negotiating experience in senior management roles in the Public Sector – and buying exposure in Retailing – he has continued his family’s path of international travel (through The Kellino’s acrobatic group) and built up his expertise in negotiating in Europe, the Middle East and Australasia. His specialisms lie with business development through marketing solutions – and helping organizations improve their learning development programmes through his original work on the transfer of learning in the business setting (which brought him his MA/HRM). Apart from his authorship, he is also an active mentor working in both business and voluntary sectors. Peter is married with two children and lives in Derbyshire, UK.


Di McLanachan is managing director of Learning Curves Personal Development Ltd. She is an international trainer, executive coach, a master practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming and author of the bestselling book NLP for Business Excellence. She has frequently been featured on both radio and television, and has been delivering training in customer care on a regular basis since 1993.


Mo Shapiro, partner of INFORM Training & Communication, is a Master Practitioner in NLP and Coaching. She has an outstanding record as a communications and presentation skills coach and trainer and as an international public speaker. Mo contributes regularly to all broadcast media, has also authored Interviewing People Successfully in a Week, and co-authored Tackling Tough Interview Questions in a Week and Job Interviews in a Week.
