Dr Carol O’Connor has more than 30 years’ experience teaching leadership. Sue Stockdale is a motivational speaker, executive coach and leadership specialist. She works with leaders and teams in some of Europe’s top companies, helping them to achieve exceptional performance. As a highly motivated individual, Sue has represented Scotland in athletics and was the first British woman to ski to the North Pole. Her advice on motivation and business regularly appears in the media.


Clive Steeper has been a business leader running high-growth companies for over 25 years including roles as Managing Director in the UK, USA and Asia. Central to Clive’s success has been his ability to motivate people and teams to achieve more than they imagined possible. He now works as an executive coach, consultant and facilitator. In his spare time Clive is a keen motorsports competitor and instructor.


Martin Manser is a professional reference book editor. His major management experience has been in managing people and projects, including leading a team of nearly 100 people on one of the few twentieth-century study bibles to be originated in the UK (The Thematic Reference Bible, Hodder & Stoughton, 1996). He has also led teams to manage the award-winning Collins Bible Companion (HarperCollins, 2009) and the best-selling Macmillan Student’s Dictionary (Macmillan, 2nd edition, 1996). Since 2001 Martin has been a Language Trainer and Consultant with national and international companies and organizations, leading courses on business communications, report writing, project management and time management.
